In real estate, the CDA is an abbreviation for Commission Disbursement Authorization. The CDA is a form that allows real estate agents to get their commission for the sale of property. This document is sent to the following groups; title company, attorney, escrow company or another person that is dealing with the closing process. The title company will use the CDA form to send the agent their commission.
