There is a Japanese brand called Uniqlo that has really great material at an affordable price. I think their puffers are under $150 USD. If you like fancy designs or fur hoods they I don’t think this would be the best type of puffer for you as they are known for having amazing apparel with clean and simple designs.
Besides Ray Ban, I am a big fan of Persol sunglasses. Even though they are little more on the expensive side, the quality is amazing and will last you a very long time
